RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused,
in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at connect@marianalennert.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and
your reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund
will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are
non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
connect@marianalennert.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or
issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
