SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $60.
Orders under $60 are charged a flat rate of $6.95.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an
email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within Australia: 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods
such as Christmas and public holidays.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track
your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our
control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BYLUXTECH is not responsible for
orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
